Following our previous successful scientific events (ISI Web of Science indexed proceedings), the 2023 17th International Conference on Engineering of Modern Electric Systems - ICEMES aims to gather academics and researchers together with their outstanding contributions in the following (but not limited to) main fields: computer science and control systems, electrical engineering as well as electronics and telecommunications, in order to present their research results, to provide a framework for cooperation and to develop new opportunities for collaborative research themes of national and international interest.

An IEEE Technically Co-Sponsored conference 58375 organized in cooperation with IEEE CAS/CS Romania Joint Chapter.
