Registration

For each accepted paper is necessary the registration and the participation to the conference of an author / co-author. Each paper should be presented orally.

Conference registration fees

IEEE Members* 110 Euro
or
475 RON***		 Includes access to the scientific programs, conference bag with printed & electronic proceedings, coffee breaks and the dinner in the evening of June 1st, 2017.
Non IEEE Members 140 Euro
or
600 RON***		 Includes access to the scientific programs, conference bag with printed & electronic proceedings, coffee breaks and the dinner in the evening of June 1st, 2017.
IEEE Students** Members* 65 Euro
or
300 RON***		 Includes access to the scientific programs, conference electronic proceeding, coffee breaks and the dinner in the evening of June 1st, 2017.
Students** 80 Euro
or
350 RON***		 Includes access to the scientific programs, conference electronic proceeding, coffee breaks and the dinner in the evening of June 1st, 2017.
Additional paper fee for a registered person 40 Euro
or
175 RON***		 Please mention the ID of the additional paper.

Remarks:

  • * ) IEEE Members must send to the contact person of the conference an e-mail with a proof of their IEEE status during 2017 (for example a scanned copy of their IEEE card).
  • ** ) Students must send provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form. The document has to be presented when collecting the documentation.
  • ***) Romanian participants should pay the registration fees in RON.

The payment of the registrations fees must be done by bank transfer until May 8th, 2017 .

Romanian participants will pay the registration fees in RON in the following account IBAN code: RO35 INGB 0000 9999 0379 0459 (account in RON).

Foreign participants will pay the registration fee in EURO in the following account IBAN code: RO83 INGB 0000 9999 0434 6860 (account in EURO).

Compulsory Reference / Corespondence: paper ID, ICEMES 2017, last / family name and surname initial.

A scanned payment proof should be sent to the contact person of the conference before May 8th, 2017.

Invoice

Registrants may ask before the end of May 2017 an invoice for their payments. In order to issue the invoice, the registrants must send to the contact person of the conference the next information: paper / papers ID, full name / institutions name and delegate name, personal identification code from ID cards or passports (CNP for romanians) / fiscal code (CUI for romanian institutions) as well as the home address / address of the institutions.

Requested invoices will be issued by the Association for Integrated Engineering and Industrial Management - see the above information on the Payment by Bank transfer.
