18^th International Conference on Engineering of Modern Electric Systems (ICEMES 2025)

Instructions for Authors

EMES 2025 will be in HYBRID mode (face to face or/and virtual). If the health conditions and travelling restrictions do not allow to be held in-person, the conference will be moved to a fully virtual format.

Submitted papers must report original unpublished work and should be prepared according to these instructions for authors.

Authors have to submit a paper in English, checked for correct grammar and spelling.

All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers.

Review is single-blind, i.e. the names of the reviewers are hidden from the author.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. All accepted papers must be presented at the symposium by one author or by a qualified proxy. The expected presentation format for all accepted papers is an oral presentation, either in person or via video link. Accepted papers which are not presented will be excluded from the conference proceedings.

Registration and Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit a full paper according to the templates by February 19, 2025.

All papers, invited session proposals, pre-conference workshop proposals and tutorial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EasyChair Conference Management System
