Registration

The conference will be in hybrid format. Participation in Oradea includes the gala dinner, but does not include accommodation. For each accepted paper is necessary the registration and the participation to the conference of an author / co-author. Each paper should be presented orally.

Non IEEE Members 200 € / 1000 RON
IEEE Students** Members* 110 € / 550 RON
Students** 140 € / 700 RON

Remarks:

  • * ) IEEE Members must send to the contact person of the conference an e-mail with a proof of their IEEE status during 2025.
  • ** ) Students must send provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form.

Payment by Bank transfer

The payment of the registrations fees must be done by bank transfer until April 30, 2025 .

Romanian participants will pay the registration fees in RON in the following account IBAN code: RO72 BTRL RONC RT06 5320 8001(account in RON).

Foreign participants will pay the registration fee in EURO in the following account IBAN code: comming in January (account in EURO).

Compulsory Reference / Corespondence: paper ID, ICEMES 2025, last / family name and surname initial.

A scanned payment proof should be sent to the email icemes.fin@uoradea.ro before April 30, 2025.

Invoice

Registrants may ask before April 30, 2025 an invoice for their payments. In order to issue the invoice, the registrants must send to icemes.fin@uoradea.ro the next information: paper / papers ID, full name / institutions name and delegate name, personal identification code from ID cards or passports (CNP for romanians) / fiscal code (CUI for romanian institutions) as well as the home address / address of the institutions.

Requested invoices will be issued by the Association of Computer and Information Technology Oradea - see the above information on the Payment by Bank transfer.
